You can make a payment by bank transfer to our account, after requesting an invoice preform. Please provide invoice preform number in Your payment.
After receiving the payment, order production is started and no changes could be made.
If You have made a paymet, order could not be canceled and order production will be started.
If You have requested an proforma invoice and don't want to make a production of this order, please inform our customer service specialist and we will close your invoice preform and cancel the order.

If you want dellivery costs in one invoice with your order, please send requested information before requesting an proforma invoice. Our specialist will add dellivery services to your order, inform You and and You will see full order price in Your orders.
If Your order is not shipped jet, send Your order number and new dellivery address to our customer servise specialist.
Our specialist will change dellivery adress and inform you about changes. If there will be need for additional payment, You will receive additional proforma invoice and adress will be changed after receiving the payment.
If Your order is already shipped and You can't receive it in adress You provided first, we will retern order to our werhouse. Second dellivery will be made for additional cost and you need to make additional payment for new invoice preform or You can receive order in our warhose.
Yes, it's possible, but we recomend to sign in or sign up in our e-comerce portal and make order for other products separately. If You want us to deliver products together with your component order, You can provide Your component order number in e-comerce order comment. If You still want to add products to Your component order, send the list of articles and quantity to our customer service specialist before requesting profotma invoice. Our specialist will add them to Your order and inform You when You will be able to see full order price.
